Orders & tracking

Once your package leaves our facility, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can monitor your shipment's progress through the carrier's website.
Orders are prepared and packed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing before your order ships. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or holidays are processed on the next business day.
Contact us as soon as possible. We will help you file a claim with the carrier and work toward a resolution β€” replacement, refund, or reshipment.
Reach out within the first hour of placing the order and we will do our best to amend it before it enters fulfilment. After that, we can guide you through our 30-day return process once your package arrives.

Shipping & delivery

Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–5 business days via standard shipping. Estimated delivery dates are provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, seasonal volume, or unforeseen service delays.
Free standard shipping is available on all U.S. orders over $49. Orders under $49 ship for a flat $4.95. If you request expedited shipping, additional fees will apply and will be shown at checkout.
Yes β€” we ship to most countries. Shipping times and costs vary by destination, and international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees required by their local government.
Two-day and overnight options are available at checkout for U.S. addresses. Rates are calculated from the carrier in real time based on your ZIP code.

Returns & warranty

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive your request we review it within 3–5 business days, and refunds appear on your account 5–7 business days after approval. See our full Refund and Returns Policy for details.
Every charger, dock, wallet and power bank carries a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Cables carry a lifetime replacement guarantee β€” if a Loop USB-C cable frays or stops carrying power, send us a photo and we'll send a replacement.
No. We email a pre-paid return label as soon as your return is approved. Drop the package at any carrier location and the credit posts to your account once it is received and inspected.
Email us with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We approve nearly every warranty claim and ship the replacement the same day from our St. Louis warehouse.
